1. general provisions
These Rules and Regulations set out the rules for the organization and use of services provided by Beernarium Beer Spa located at 13 Floriańska Street, 31-019 Kraków.
The following definitions are used in these Rules and Regulations:
– Spa – Beernarium Beer Spa in Kraków;
– Staff – persons employed at Beernarium Beer Spa;
– Guest – an individual using the Spa services;
– Treatment – bath, massage, scrub and other services offered by the Spa.
The Spa is open Sunday through Thursday from 2:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., and on Fridays and Saturdays from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. The Spa reserves the right to change the opening hours and close the facility on selected days.
Making a reservation or using the Spa services implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and a declaration by the Guest that there are no health contraindications to the use of the services.
Children and adolescents under 16 years of age may use the services only with the consent and in the presence of a parent or legal guardian.
2. reservations and payments
Reservations for Spa treatments can be made:
– through the website www.krakow.piwnespa.com,
– by phone at +48 451 581 552,
– by email at krakow@piwnespa.com,
– in person at the Spa reception desk.
Confirmation of the reservation requires payment of 100% of the value of the services ordered. After the payment is made, the Guest will receive an email confirming the date, time and location of the service.
If a reservation is made at a location other than Beernarium Beer Spa Krakow, the Spa is not responsible for the mistakenly selected location. In such a situation, the treatment may not be provided and the deposit is non-refundable.
Changes to the treatment date can be made up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment at no additional charge. The new appointment cannot be canceled again. Rescheduling less than 24 hours prior to the appointment is not possible.
Cancellation of the reservation entitles the Guest to:
– 100% refund of the value of the service when cancellation is reported up to 7 days prior to the treatment date,
– 30% refund when cancellation is reported less than 7 days prior to the treatment date,
– no refund when cancellation is reported less than 24 hours prior to the appointment.
Refunds are made within 14 days of cancellation notification.
Guest is required to provide the final number of participants no later than 5 days before the appointment. In case of a smaller number of Guests on the date of execution, the fee remains charged according to the originally reported number of participants, and the duration of the treatment does not change.
Gift Vouchers can be purchased through the website or at the Spa reception desk. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated in the offer. Purchase of a voucher implies acceptance of the voucher regulations available on the Spa’s website.
The Spa invoices for services rendered – please contact the reception desk for this purpose.
In the absence of a prior reservation, Guests may use services only with available vacancies.
3. rules for using spa services
Guests are required to arrive on time for the scheduled treatment – it is recommended to arrive 10-15 minutes early. In case of lateness, the Spa reserves the right to shorten the time of the treatment, without the possibility of a reduction in price.
It is compulsory to change footwear to disposable slippers and to change into the accessories provided.
Video and sound recording is permitted only with the consent of the Spa staff.
Guests are advised not to bring jewelry or valuables to the Spa. The Spa is not responsible for their loss.
Persons under the influence of alcohol, intoxicants, with open wounds, inflammation of the skin or posing a threat to other Guests or the Staff will not be admitted to the Spa.
The Spa is an area of quiet and relaxation. Guests are required to remain calm and refrain from loud conversations. Staff has the right to ask disruptive persons to leave without refund.
Consumption of drinks is allowed only in designated areas. It is forbidden to take drinks outside these areas.
Guests are required to fill out a health questionnaire prior to treatment.
4 Safety and contraindications
The following are prohibited in the Spa:
– smoking,
– bringing and consuming your own food and beverages,
– using drugs and other intoxicants,
– introducing animals.
Contraindications to the use of Spa services include, but are not limited to: epilepsy, cancer, viral infections with fever, having a pacemaker, open wounds or injuries.
Guests are financially responsible for any damage or destruction caused by themselves or persons for whom they are responsible.
If rooms are left in a condition that requires above-standard cleaning, the Spa has the right to charge an additional fee of PLN 200 per staff person.
The bathing tubs may be used by a maximum of two people. It is forbidden to jump into the tubs. An additional bathing tub may be provided upon prior notification and for an additional fee.
5 Liability and complaints
Beer Spa is not responsible for items left outside of locked lockers or for service interruptions due to independent causes such as emergencies or force majeure.
Complaints regarding services should be made in person at the Spa reception desk or by email to krakow@piwnespa.com within 7 days of the service. Complaints are processed within 14 working days from the date of notification.
Personal data of Guests are processed only for the purpose of providing services in accordance with the provisions of RODO.
6 Final provisions
Beernarium Beer Spa reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
